Taught by parishioner and yoga instructor, Patrice McFarlane, this weekly class is open to yogis of all levels of experience. Expect to flow through a steady and thoughtful yoga practice to promote the physical benefits of yoga including increased flexibility, strength, balance, and respiration while making peace with stillness to leave you calm and centered. In this Vinyasa style class, you will be compassionately challenged and uplifted while deepening your connection with body, mind, and breath.
