Back by popular demand, the Fall Family Bash is making its return after a memorable debut in 2024! This festive evening is the perfect way to kick off our Wednesday night program year—with the lively spirit of a country fair.
Come out and enjoy a fun-filled night packed with games, tasty food, pumpkin decorating, and more. Whether you joined us in the past or not, there’s something for everyone to enjoy. Even better—every dollar spent supports the Outreach Ministries of our parish, meaning your night of fun directly helps those in need.

All food and games are paid for with tickets. Each ticket is $1.

You may buy as many packs of 20 tickets as you like. To pick up your tickets, come to the Ticket Tent on the day of the event.
HOW MANY TICKETS SHOULD YOU BUY? Here’s some information on the Food and Games we’ll have at the event and the range of tickets needed.
- FOOD: Food Items will include: Beef or Veggie Hamburgers, Hot Dogs, Mac n’Cheese, Walking Beef or Black Bean Tacos, Potato Chips, and a variety of bars and cookies. Gluten-Free buns and desserts will be available. Ticket prices for food will range from 5-8 for main dishes and 2-4 for chips and treats.
- GAMES: We will have a variety of games and activities for all ages including: Lucky Duck & Fish Pond (for young children), Bean Bag Toss, Shark Races, Water Races, Football Toss, Cake Walk, Mini Golf, and more! Ticket prices for games will range from 1-3 tickets.
FUNDING ST. STEPHEN’S OUTREACH MINISTRIES
St. Stephen’s Outreach Ministry and its grants are 100% funded by donations from our Bridge Builders, individuals who generously leave legacy gifts to the parish, and from the proceeds of our annual fundraising opportunities known as “Bash” events.
The Outreach Committee hosts four Fall Bash events each year. We hope you’ll make plans to join us for a season full of community, celebration, and giving back! From family-friendly fun to elegant evenings and unique shopping experiences, there’s something for everyone. Every ticket, bid, donation, and purchase helps us make a difference in our community and beyond.
