LOOKING FOR DONATION IDEAS?
Great auction items, experiences, gift cards, wine and spirits, handcrafted goods, and other creative donations are an important part of making The Bash a success. There are lots of ways to help—from picking up a gift card or bottle of wine to sharing a vacation home, special talent, or one-of-a-kind experience.
Easy Ways to Help: Gift Cards, Wine & Spirits
These are some of our most-needed donations—and they’re easy to give!
Gift Cards — $25+
We welcome:
- Gift cards valued at $25 or more for Bash After Dark games and prizes
- Restaurants, coffee shops, bakeries, grocery stores, retailers, and local businesses
- Specialty experiences such as golf, escape rooms, entertainment venues, spas, fitness, and family activities
- Higher-value gift cards, which make terrific standalone Online Auction or raffle items
Wine & Spirits — $30+
We welcome:
- Bottles of wine or spirits valued at $30 or more
- Special or higher-value bottles for raffle or Online Auction items
- Multiple bottles that can be combined into wine or entertaining packages
Whether it’s a favorite bottle you’d recommend to a friend or something special, your donation helps us stock the games, prizes, raffles, and auction that make our events so exciting.

Experiences & Adventures
Some of the most exciting auction items are things you do rather than things you own. Unique experiences are especially fun because bidders may not be able to simply go out and buy them themselves.
Think:
- Weekend getaways, vacation homes, cabins, or hotel stays (gift cards to Delta, Airbnb, etc, are great too!)
- Golf outings or rounds at area courses
- Concert, theater, comedy, or performing arts tickets
- Tickets to Vikings, Wild, Twins/Saints, Timberwolves, Lynx, Loons, Gophers, or other sporting events
- Museum, zoo, amusement park, water park, or attraction passes
- Escape rooms, indoor skydiving, climbing, bowling, golf simulators, or other activities

Our Online Auction and Bash Bazaar are wonderful places to showcase the talents of our community.
We welcome original artwork and photography, woodworking, pottery and ceramics, knitted or sewn pieces, jewelry, specialty foods, holiday or seasonal creations, and other high-quality handcrafted items.

A great basket is more than a collection of things—it creates an experience. Consider building a package around a theme:

Don’t have an item to donate—or simply want to make a direct contribution? Cash donations of any amount are always welcome!
Want to underwrite part of one of our Bash Events? Contact Molly Reichard and she can give you options for donating funds that can help the Bash team purchase needed items, round out auction and raffle packages, and support the overall fundraising effort.
Cash donations can be made through our online donation form or by check payable to St. Stephen’s Episcopal Church, with “Bash 2026” in the memo line.
