The Bash After Dark auction site is so much more than an online auction! Not only can you bid on all of our online auction items but you can purchase Buy Now items as well as Bash Raffle tickets. Here are a few of the most frequently asked questions and answers to help make your experience the best it can be. Did we miss a question? How do I access the online auction site?

Do I have to register for the auction site?
If you’ve bid in previous Bash auctions then you are already signed up for this site. If you’ve never bid before, you’ll be prompted to register for the site the first time you try to bid or purchase a ticket. You do not need to register to view auction items.
How does the RAFFLE work?
We have great Raffle items this year and you may purchase tickets on the Bash Online Auction site or at the Bash After Dark on Saturday, Oct 5th. Each ticket is $10 each. The raffle winners will be pulled live at the Bash After Dark event but you do not need to be present to win. If you are not present when the raffle items are called, we’ll contact you if you are a winner.
Some auction items on the site are marked “Live Event Bidding Only”, what does this mean?
This means that bidding for this item will be at the Bash After Dark event on Saturday, October 5th only.
How do the BUY NOW items work?
You may see Buy Now items listed on the Bash Online Auction site. These are items that are for sale for a set price vs bidding. There are a limited number of each of these items available so if you see one you like, grab it!
How do I pay for items I’ve purchased or won on the site?
Buy Now items must be purchased at the time of sale using a credit card. If you are the winner of one of our online auction items, you will receive an email after the auction closes on Sunday, Ocotber 6th. In this email you learn which item(s) you’ve won and will see a button to click to pay for your items by credit card. If you would like to pay for your items by check, please contact Molly Reichard at mreichard@ststephens.com to make arrangements to bring your check to the church.
How do I get the items I’ve won?
Each item on the auction site has a note in the description which reads “ITEM RECEIPT.” This will tell you how each individual item will be collected if won. This varies by item.
