“One is nearer God’s heart in a garden than anywhere else on earth” – Dorothy Frances Gurney
Creation Care is a group of St. Stephen’s parishioners dedicated to caring for the Earth. We provide opportunities to explore practical solutions for making both our church and personal residences more environmentally sustainable. Whether you’re keen on lowering greenhouse gas emissions, minimizing waste, or cutting costs on your utility bills, you’ll find a warm community in Creation Care.
CREATION CARE MEETINGS & EVENTS
Our group meets once a month on the last Thursday of the month and everyone is welcome to attend. Please join us in our work to build community around God’s call to be good stewards of His Creation. Interested in joining us? Contact us with questions at creationcare@ststephens.com or, simply show up at one if our meetings!
In addition to our monthly meetings, the team hosts events multiple times a year for the entire community. These exciting gatherings are filled with diverse topics, engaging speakers, and fun activities!
