Living faith beyond the pews.
The After Party is a monthly Sunday youth program. We start the morning together at the 10:15 AM service to sit together in worship, then stick around for lunch and an afternoon of faith, fun, and community adventures.
We partner with our friends at St. David’s, Trinity, and other metro Episcopal Churches – in the same way we do with other Children’s and Youth Ministry activities like VBS, overnights, mission trips, and TEC – that means more friends, more energy, and more fun!
✨ NOVEMBER EVENT: This month we are visiting VEAP in Bloomington! VEAP is the Twin Cities’ largest food pantry, providing access to healthy foods and household essentials, social services, and financial assistance.We’ll be taking a tour of their facilities, learning more about how this great organization has been supporting Minneapolis and the southwest suburbs since 1974.
We’ll also be volunteering buy helping to package up toilet paper and diapers for distribution to those in need.
SCHEDULE
- 11:45 AM: Lunch in the Youth Rooms (entrance: Door 1)
- 12:45-2:30 PM: Tour & Volunteering at VEAP
Please bring packages of toilet paper and diapers to donate to VEAP!
The deadline to sign up for this event is Thursday, November 6 so we can plan food and transportation.
