The yearly celebration of our Annual Meeting will take place at the Edina Country Club, with a virtual participation option available. Join us as we commemorate the service, worship, fellowship, and life of St. Stephen’s Church over the last year, while also envisioning collective mission for 2025.
Everyone is welcome to join in the festivities as we embrace the future of our vibrant parish community. We will elect new Leadership, express gratitude for our blessings in 2024, and look ahead with joyful anticipation for what lies ahead.
CHILDREN & YOUTH
Children and youth are welcome to attend the Annual Meeting. Nursery care will be available at the church for kids from birth-age 3. A children’s meal and activties will be available at the Edina Country Club for kids in age 4-grade 5. Middle School and High School youth are encouraged to attend the meeting with their families.
REGISTRATION
Due to catering requirements as well as our need to ensure a quorum and prepare our children’s programs, registration for this event is required whether you are attending the event in person or via ZOOM.
The deadline for registration is Sunday, January 19th.
PARKING
On Sunday, January 26th, parishioners are welcome to park in the lot of the Edina Country Club during the 10:15 worship service and the Annual Meeting. Valet parking will also be available.
