Staying in town over Memorial Day weekend? Looking for a way to get out and make a difference? Then join us in serving with our friends at First Nations Kitchen! Our parish supports this ministry by helping to prepare, pack up, and share the food for FNK’s weekly Sunday give away. No prior experience is needed and families are welcome to serve together!
We have several options for service –
- 8:00-11:30 AM: Cooking Team (cooks meals)
- 12:30-3:00 PM: Prep Team (gets meals and produce ready to hand out)
- 3:30-5:30 PM: Give Away Team (hands out food and cleans up)

First Nations Kitchen is primarily a justice-focused, Gospel-based ministry. It intends to provide food to indigenous people who would not otherwise have access to high-quality, fresh organic food in an environment of radical hospitality and cultural empowerment. Our parish is proud to serve on Sunday evenings several times a year.
