Edina July 4th Parade Festivities

Edina July 4th Parade Festivities

Celebrate Independence Day with St. Stephen’s Church as we welcome neighbors and visitors for one of our favorite annual community traditions – the Edina July 4th Parade!

As hundreds gather along the parade route, we’ll extend our hospitality by offering complimentary popsicles and beverages to paradegoers and creating a welcoming place for people to enjoy the show. It’s sure to be a BIG one  as we celebrate the 250th anniversary of our nation’s founding.

Come early and enjoy live jazz music beginning at 9:00 AM, featuring Clark Duhrkopf and fellow St. Stephen’s musicians. The Edina 4th of July Parade steps off at 10:00 AM, making our front lawn a perfect place to gather with friends, family, parishioners, and neighbors for a morning of music, celebration, and Independence Day spirit.

VOLUNTEERS NEEDED!

Share hospitality with our community is a long-running and fun outreach tradition—and we need plenty of helping hands to make it happen! Volunteers enjoy a front-row seat for the parade while sharing a simple act of welcome with hundreds of people.

You may serve on –

Thursday, July 2nd – Help with “staging” tasks for the event like setting up tents, etc.
