Weekly Yoga in May & June

We are pleased to share that parishioner Janny Gothro will be offering two weekly opportunities for you to practice yoga at St. Stephen’s. Give yourself the gift of healing and wellness through yoga that is open and available to all ages and skill levels.

Yoga will be held in the lower level of the office wing of the church on –

  • Tuesdays from 9:30-10:30 AM – Beginning May 7
  • Thursdays from 5:30-6:30 PM – Beginning May 9 (no class May 30th)

What to Bring

There’s no need to sign-up in advance. Just bring your own yoga mat and be sure to wear comfy clothes that allow free movement. Arrive 5-10 minutes before class start time to find a spot on the floor and get settled.
