Outreach Ministry Takes Center Stage

On Broadway! is the 2025 theme of our annual signature outreach fundraiser! The Bash After Dark is one of four “Bash” events held each year to bring the St. Stephen’s Community together while raising funds to support our Outreach Ministries and Grants. Every dollar raised thru the Bash goes to fund our Outreach Ministries.
In 2025, our Outreach Ministry budget exceeds $100,000, and with support from people just like YOU, our goal is to sustain and expand this assistance in 2026!
EVENT ACTIVITIES
Get ready for a show-stopping evening! Our 39th Annual Bash After Dark will bring the magic of Broadway comes alive for one spectacular night. Enjoy live musical entertainment, gourmet bites, and exciting interactive games. Try your luck with raffles and bid on exclusive auction items available only during the event. This is your ticket to an unforgettable evening so, don’t miss your cue!
PURCHASE TICKETS
One of the best ways to support the Bash After Dark is to make plans now to attend the event! We have many games and auction items, entertainment, and delicious eats planned that can only be experienced at the event. Come and bring your friends or make some new connections while having a great evening!
We want everyone to feel welcome at our evening event, the Bash After Dark. Tickets are offered for this event at a suggested donation of $40, but please give more or less as you are able.
VOLUNTEER
It takes lots of people to put on an event aws awesome as the Bash After Dark! Join the crew and sign up for a fun 60-90 minute shift serving beverages, working at a game or helping to clean up from the event. You’ll still have plenty of time to enjoy the event and it will be fun! We promise 😉
BASH ONLINE AUCTION
Our annual Bash Online Auction is filled with amazing items! The auction opens on Monday, September 29 at 10:00 AM and closes on Sunday, October 5 at 12:00 PM. Bid early and often!

MAKE A DONATION
The success of the Bash After Dark relies heavily on donations! Making a CASH DONATION to the Bash is one of the best ways to help us raise funds to support Outreach ministries and grant in 2026. You may mail your check to the church office with a notation of “Bash 2025” or make an online donation. NOTE: When making an online donation, select “Bash Donation” as your gift type.
FUNDING ST. STEPHEN’S OUTREACH MINISTRIES
St. Stephen’s Outreach Ministry and its grants are 100% funded by donations from our Bridge Builders, individuals who generously leave legacy gifts to the parish, and from the proceeds of our annual fundraising opportunities known as “Bash” events.
The Outreach Committee hosts four Fall Bash events each year. We hope you’ll make plans to join us for a season full of community, celebration, and giving back! From family-friendly fun to elegant evenings and unique shopping experiences, there’s something for everyone. Every ticket, bid, donation, and purchase helps us make a difference in our community and beyond.
