Outreach Ministry Takes Center Stage

On Broadway! is the 2025 theme of our annual signature outreach fundraiser! The Bash After Dark is one of three “Bash” events held each year to bring the St. Stephen’s Community together while raising funds to support our Outreach Ministries and Grants. Every dollar raised thru the Bash is allocated to Outreach. These funds and those given by our generous Bridge Builders form 100% of the annual outreach budget.  In 2025, our Outreach Ministry budget exceeds $100,000, and with support from people just like YOU, our goal is to sustain and expand this assistance in 2026!

EVENT ACTIVITIES

The Bash After Dark is a week-long event that starts with the launch of our online auction and culminates at our live event on Saturday night. This one-night-only event  will bring the excitement of Broadway to life with live entertainment, incredible food, interactive games, and a live auction — all in support of Outreach Ministries that make a real difference.

Here’s the schedule for the week:

• Monday, September 29: The online auction goes live at 10:00 AM
• Saturday, October 4: The Bash After Dark live event is held from 6:00-9:00 PM
• Sunday, October 5: The online auction closes at 12:00 PM

MAKE A DONATION

The success of the Bash After Dark relies heavily on donations! Donations are key to fun and excitement of the evening and our online auction. We are currently seeking a variety of donations including (but certainly not limited to)

• GIFT CARDS for use in our games and the auction (minimum value of $25 requested)
• BOTTLES OF WINE for our games and the auction (minimum value of $25 requested)
• AUCTION ITEMS such as
  • Homemade baked goods or frozen meals
  • Tickets to sporting events, theatre, concerts, etc. 
  • Gift baskets
  • Travel and “experiences” such as golfing, vacation homes, etc.
• Making a CASH DONATION to the Bash is one of the best ways to help us raise funds to support Outreach ministries and grant in 2026. You may mail your check to the church office with a notation of “Bash 2025” or make an online donation. NOTE: When making an online donation, select “Bash Donation” as your gift type.

PURCHASE TICKETS

One of the best ways to support the Bash After Dark is to make plans now to attend the event! We have many games and auction items, entertainment, and delicious eats planned that can only be experienced at the event. Come and bring your friends or make some new connections while having a great evening!
