Our St. Stephen’s Creation Care Committee invites you to the second part of our Celebration of Water with more events during this year’s Earth Day season.

In April, we had opportunities to Celebrate Our Creek. This May, we’ll Celebrate Earth, Water and Mom’s on Sunday, May 12th with a special forum and Creation Care Fair!

in the Commons Room

Learn from a panel of experts how to build a container garden or create a climate-resistent yard and garden, and from the Minnehaha Water Stewards, the proper use of salt and fertilizers, run-off, and the how to Adopt a Storm Drain in your neighborhood.

11:15 AM // Creation Care Fair & Celebration
in the Commons Room

Enjoy special refreshments and a fun and informative Creation Care Fair with booths focusing on practical ways to address climate change. The event includes a raffle, gift bags, and music from Clark and Andy. We’ll also make great use of our patio and creekside with activities including guides at our St. Francis Memorial Garden and Labyrinth, along with games for kids.
