Our community reading of The Time Quintet series by Madeleine L’Engle continues! Join Missy Greene, Minister for Children & Families, online as we gather on ZOOM to read the last chapter of the fourth book in the series, Many Waters, together.

In this book, we journey with the twins, Sandy and Dennys Murry. They accidentally teleport to the era of the Biblical flood, finding the desert populated with supernatural creatures. What adventures will follow?

This is a multi-generational offering, but it is best read aloud for ages 8 and up.

ABOUT COMMUNITY READ-ALONGS

Our Community Read-Alongs began during COVID times and have become a wonderful intergenerational opportunity for our community! We read the first and last chapters of a book out loud together while reading the book on our own in between.

We love reading together and exploring the themes of faith within each book. So far, we’ve read the entire Chronicles of Narnia and Wrinkle in Time series. It’s been an amazing way to meet people of all ages, connecting us online AND when we see each other in person!
