Giving Overview

Sharing your time, talent and treasure.

In sharing your gifts, “You will be made rich in every way so that you can be generous on every occasion …”  2 Corinthians 9:11

At the center of our Christian faith is the recognition that all of our lives are filled with gifts from a generous God. Our response to God’s blessings takes many forms. Whether you’re making a commitment to pledge, making a one-time donation, or leaving a legacy through your estate plan, your gift has a meaningful impact in our worship, outreach and community life.

It’s through your generosity that we fulfill the mission and strengthen the ministry of St. Stephen’s.

There are many way to give at St. Stephen’s and we believe that responding to God’s grace by giving freely helps each of us grow in relationship with and knowledge of God.

What is stewardship? At St. Stephen's, we use the term stewardship most often in reference to the time each year when our community comes together to celebrate our blessings and pledge our ongoing financial support for the upcoming year.

During our lives, we respond to God’s call in a variety of ways, supporting God’s work with time, talent, and treasure. Through planned giving, we can continue this support for future generations. At St. Stephen's there are several ways that you can remember our faith community in your will or estate plan.
